Aunque existe una ordenanza gubernamental que prohíbe a los comercios utilizar cualquier indicador no oficial de la tasa de cambio de divisa americana con relación al bolívar, tal ley parece no cumplirse del todo.
Y es que la realidad a la que se enfrentan los ciudadanos en la calle es a un dólar que aunque tiene mayor cotización en páginas no oficiales, al momento de adquirir bienes y servicios la moneda extranjera se vuelve sal y agua ante un fenómeno inflacionario que aun la población no entiende.
Lo cierto es que el incremento del dólar origina que las personas tengan cada vez menos bolívares, siendo los más afectados aquellos cuyos salarios son calculados y pagados al cambio oficial emitido por el Banco Central de Venezuela.
Algunos comercios se rigen a la normativa y cobran sus productos y servicios tomando en cuenta el dólar oficial del BCV, pero estos manifiestan que hacerlo pone en riesgo la permanencia del inventario en sus comercios.
Una persona que hipotéticamente hablando tiene un salario de 100$ al mes al ser calculado a la tasa oficial del BCV que se cotiza este martes 6 de diciembre en 11.53 bolivares por dólar, estaría recibiendo 1.153 bolivares por concepto de su salario que al ponerlo en contraste con la realidad en las calles, donde se enfrentan a una moneda que ya supera los 14 bolivares por divisa extranjera, estaría perdiendo 292 bolivares, unos 25 dolares de esos 100 dolares pagados por concepto de salario a la tasa oficial.
Es una realidad que está presente y a la que el ciudadano de a pie debe enfrentarse día tras día, para subsistir ante una crisis que pone en riesgo el goce y disfrute de estas navidades, y las compras necesarias en la mesa de los hogares venezolanos.
