La máxima autoridad del Zulia agregó que las diferentes oficinas, dependientes del gobierno regional, “ahora llevaran el nombre de Secretarias Para el Poder Popular”. En este sentido, instó a sus titulares a salir a trabajar por el pueblo, una vez que hayan sido juramentados.
