Maestro Tito Delgado homenajeó con una Gaita a los ilustres inhumados en día de la Zulianidad

Qué mejor ofrenda a los ilustres inhumados en el Panteón del estado Zulia, que homenajear este templo santo con una gaita compuesta por el maestro Tito Delgado, en la semana de la Zulianidad.

Y es que el Panteón del estado Zulia, adscrito a la secretaría de Cultura del ejecutivo regional, arriba a sus 28 años de fundado, 20 de enero 1995, con una Actividad Histórica Cultural en la biblioteca Pública María Calcaño, este lunes 30 de enero a partir de las 4:00 de la tarde.

La directora del Panteón del Zulia, Angélica Reyes de Vílchez, aprovechó la oportunidad para informar que ya esta institución de la raíz sagrada de la zulianidad cuenta con su gaita, un regalo que felizmente le hizo el maestro Tito Delgado, compositor y fundador del grupo gaitero Barrio Obrero de Cabimas, con el aval de la Fundación para la Gaita Ricardo Aguirre del estado Zulia, Fundagraez.

«Dentro del marco de la celebración de la Zulianidad que desplegó por todo el Zulia el gobernador Manuel Rosales, en los espacios históricos, educativos y culturales,  estamos recibiendo este hermoso homenaje, nada más y nada menos, que del gran Tito Delgado, quien gustosamente compuso la letra y la música de la gaita al Panteón y que será presentada en primicia en la gala de los 28 años de su fundación, en otro icono zuliano como lo es la Biblioteca Pública del Estado», destacó la profesora Reyes de Vílchez, qué recordó también que el maestro Delgado tiene en su haber sendas composiciones dedicadas al  Escudo y al Himno del estado Zulia.

El maestro Tito Delgado, quien celebró recientemente sus 83 años de vida (4-01-1940) y 55  en Barrio Obrero de Cabimas, dirigió unas emotivas palabras por el cumpleaños del campo santo: «Me siento muy honrado de poder contribuir con este humilde aporte a la cultura, a la educación y a la historia del Zulia, con lo que yo sé hacer, con la música, con la gaita, y con todo mi amor a nuestra idiosincrasia, para las nuevas generaciones y que se perpetúe en el tiempo», manifestó Delgado, quien aprovechó para recordar a sus compañeros de camino, fundadores de Barrio Obrero entre ellos Ramón Herrera Navarro, Héctor y Albero Silva, Joaquín Tito Manzano, Felipe Palma, Jacinto Romero, Víctor Vega, y luego llegaron las damas como Carmencita y Lula Silva, Yolanda Olmo, y Chavela y Mirna Marcano. Entre otros.

La gaita homenaje al Panteón será interpretada por la licenciada Glenda Rivas, solista del grupo Adolfo Pons, y los niños del programa Peconzul, Personas consagradas en el Zulia, que lleva a cabo la directora Reyes de Vílchez, diseñado para fortalecer los valores zulianos y el amor por el Zulia, a través del sistema educativo regional por más de 15 años, a propósito de los nuevos lineamientos del gobernador Rosales, Toda la Cultura para las Escuelas.

Entre las instituciones educativas a participar están Marco Tulio Andrade, Lucila Palacios, Amelia Ríos y Salto Ángel, con bailes folklóricos y performances de iconos zulianos. Asimismo se proyectará un video de la vida y obra del gran músico Adolfo De Pool, uno de los ilustres inhumados en el Panteón, producido por los propios familiares del distinguido zuliano, reafirmando el eslogan de Peconzul «Conocer para reconocer, querer y respetar».

Entre los ilustres zulianos, cuyos restos reposan en el Panteón del estado Zulia, están Venancio Pulgar, Juan Nepomuceno Santana, Anselmo Belloso Rodriguez, José de Jesús Infante, Udón Pérez, José Antonio Chaves, Francisco Ochoa, Julio Árraga, Manuel Puchi Fonseca, Adolfo De Pool, Eduardo Lopez Rivas, Ricardo Aguirre y Felipe Pirela .

Cenotafios: Rafael Urdaneta y Rafael María Baralt.

Medallones: Cacique Nigales, Ana María Campos y Jesús Enrique Lossada.
