Alexánder Morán logró escapar, este jueves 9 de marzo, de las garras de la muerte. Ante la amenaza de un criminal que intentó asesinarlo, el empresario maniobró su camioneta y escapó del peligro. Estuvo a punto de convertirse en una víctima fatal más de la inseguridad en la capital zuliana.
De los hechos se tejen diversas hipótesis. La primera es que un robacarro quiso despojarlo de su vehículo y al resistirse, le disparó. La segunda versión apunta a que fue un intento de sicariato.
Morán, propietario de una red de agencias de loterías y casas de apuestas, salió de uno sus negocios ubicados en la circunvalación 2, a tempranas horas de la mañana de este jueves.
El comerciante manejaba, como de costumbre, su camioneta Chevrolet Luv, Demax, azul. Iba acompañado de dos empleados.

“Alex, ten cuidado”, le gritó.
En cuestión de segundos, un criminal bien vestido los atacó. “Jamás sospechamos de ese hombre, porque tenía buena apariencia. Vestía una camisa y lentes de sol”, dijeron.
“Dame la camioneta”, le gritó el criminal con voz desafiante.
Morán hizo caso omiso a la orden del delincuente y aceleró la camioneta.

Detectives del Cuerpo de Investigaciones Científicas, Penales y Criminalísticas (Cicpc) abrieron una pesquisa del caso por lesiones.
“Presumimos que se haya tratado de un intento de robo de vehículos. El sicariato está casi descartado por la forma de cómo se desarrollaron los hechos. De ser un atentado en su contra, hubiese recibido un mayor número de balazos”, aclararon las autoridades de la policía científica en el Zulia.
